Job summary

Complexio in Manchester is seeking an Operations Team Lead to own production. You’ll lead operational excellence across all live customer-facing systems, aiming to make production reliable, observable, and continuously improving.

This hands-on role involves shaping processes, leading incidents, building the team, and moving from firefighting to proactive reliability engineering. You’ll design runbooks, establish SLIs/SLOs, and set performance standards for the operations group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading technical operations teams.
• Strong incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the stability and availability of all live systems.
• Lead incident response and blameless postmortems.
• Design sustainable on-call rotations and runbooks.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and drive reliability roadmaps.
• Grow the Operations team and set KPIs.
