  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure excellent service levels and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve the root causes of operational issues to keep day-to-day performance running smoothly.
  • Work closely with sourcing and materials teams to make sure all ingredients and packaging are in place for production, while partnering with logistics to plan outbound finished goods effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement by spotting and delivering opportunities for cost savings, increased capacity, and reduced waste across supply planning and execution.

About you:

  • 2-3+ years’ experience in supply chain planning within food & beverage, or broader consumer goods; candidates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Solid analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
  • Highly organised with a strong focus on execution - nothing slips through the cracks under your watch.

This is an exciting opportunity with a dynamic company offering a competitive package. If this sounds like you, apply directly or get in touch with patricia@pod-talent.com.
