Your Role as a Production Operator

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our state-of-the-art Llantrisant manufacturing facility. As a Production Operator, you will play an integral role in our production processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality tank products.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your skills and interests, your role may involve the following areas:

• Metal Process Operative: Uses various fixed equipment and hand tools to manufacture aluminium and steel components. Processes include Band Saw, Press Brake, Roller, Punches.
• GRP Hot Press Operative: Operate hot press machinery to create GRP panels, including loading, unloading, and trimming panels weighing up to 28kg.
• GRP Drill Operative: Use fixed drill rigs to complete GRP panel manufacturing for installation.
• Laminating Operative: Perform hand laminating under vacuum, including moulding, cutting, and final product fit-out.
• PVC Assembly Operative: Assemble PVC fittings using cutting equipment and interpret engineering drawings.
• Picking & Packing: Prepare and package all tank components for dispatch to customers.
