General Information

This role involves maintaining and repairing Xerox Production Printers, with a basic ability to resolve networking and operating systems issues. The technician will work remotely, resolving hardware and software problems, liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction, and managing workload and costs according to business targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing service, repairs, retrofits, and maintenance on Xerox High Volume Production Printers.
  • Installing and deinstalling Xerox Production Printers.
  • Escalating technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Recognizing and reporting additional business opportunities.
  • Sharing technical information with colleagues.
  • Managing client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a field-based service role.
