Production Operator - Multiple Locations

RSW are currently seeking a number of Production Operators to join our team in the manufacturing industry.

This role will initially be in Llantrisant or Swansea and to move in 2025 to the Port Talbot site so driving is essential.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling components, and ensuring the smooth running of production processes.

Duties:

1. Operate machines and other equipment to manufacture parts
2. Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain machinery
3. Employ hand tools to assemble and fabricate components

Skills:

1. Ability to use hand tools effectively in assembly and fabrication processes
2. Organisation skills to maintain warehouse materials efficiently

Shifts:

Days: 6:00am – 14:00pm Monday – Friday

Afternoons: 14:00 – 22:00 Monday-Friday (21:00 finish Friday)

Nights: 22.00-06.00 Sunday – Thursday (23.00 start Sunday)

— 40 hours per week are paid– all breaks paid

Afternoon and Nights have a premium of £50 per week paid

These roles are Temp to Perm for the right candidate.
