We are hiring at our Telford Dairy for Production Operatives to join our Production department. These roles are vital in our supply chain, utilizing technical skills to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, with a focus on data-driven machine performance improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in food/beverage production, with strong problem-solving, fault-finding, and machine management skills.

Contract: Full-time / Permanent

Location: Telford (Donnington)

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, Days and Nights

Salary: £30,174 per annum plus 5% bonus

Role & Responsibilities

1. Operate state-of-the-art filling lines with a focus on safety and hygiene.
2. Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards, achieving target GMP scores.
3. Complete all paperwork accurately and audit-ready.
4. Meet operational targets and KPIs.
5. Analyze and follow production plans.
6. Identify training needs and support personal development.
7. Reduce costs related to quality issues.
8. Collaborate with supporting departments for operational needs.
9. Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions.
