Are you a machine-savvy Production Operative with a strong manufacturing background?
We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are confident operating production machinery. FLT Counterbalance experience is a real plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage manufacturing machinery efficiently to ensure smooth production flow.
Support maintenance teams when necessary.
Perform routine inspections and maintain adherence to production schedules.
Keep machinery, work areas, and equipment clean and safe in line with site standards.

Essential: Proven experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
Skilled in machine operation and production equipment handling.
Preferred: FLT Counterbalance experience (but not essential).
Strong problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Own transport is required due to location (no public transport access).

Pay Rates :

Shift pattern is rotating Days & Noons no fixed shifts
