Production Operative/Packing

Shift: Monday-Friday Days

Hourly Rate: £12 p/h

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join a company based in Wrexham. It is a general packaging company supplying customers across the UK, from the Highlands of Scotland through to Kent and Devon. The business is independent, family-run, with a strong culture of care for both customers and employees.

About The Role

You will initially be involved in packing coolants. The role primarily involves machine operating & basic maintenance, regular packing and lifting, and housekeeping duties.

As your role with the company develops, you will be given the opportunity to learn and develop in other areas of the business, for example on box-making machinery.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will be upbeat, self-motivated and must be:

• Physically fit to perform a job with regular lifting and being on your feet all day.
• Able to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Able to work effectively as part of a small team.
• Willing to learn and adapt to the company's requirements.
• Capable of working towards daily production targets.

Previous Experience

Previous production or practical job experience is an advantage but not essential, as all necessary training will be provided.
