Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Production Logistics Manager to manage production timelines, budgets, and logistics for high‑profile exhibition and live event projects. This is a hands‑on role where your technical expertise and organizational skills will make a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Manage production timelines, budgets and logistics for exhibition and live event projects.
  • Ensure every detail meets specifications and is delivered on time and on budget.
  • Report to the Head of Operations and collaborate with Project Managers, Designers, and contractors.
  • Agree on technical specifications for production across carpentry, metalwork, glass, acrylics, and signage.
  • Schedule production to meet shipping and installation deadlines, source supplier estimates and control costs.
  • Manage goods‑in checks, assess delivered parts for quality, and resolve issues early.
  • Keep stock systems updated and maintain smooth communication between internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Coordinate secure transportation and handle customs documentation for international projects.
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years experience in a production or logistics role (Technical Project Manager, Production Manager).
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and CAD.
  • Understanding of materials and construction techniques (carpentry, metalwork, glass, acrylics, signage).
  • Skilled at sourcing estimates and managing budgets.
  • IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook); SketchUp or AutoCAD experience advantageous.
  • Full passport, driving licence and ability to travel when required (reasonable accommodations available).
