Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing jigs, fixtures, and tooling using SolidWorks
• Optimising production line layouts with AutoCAD
• Driving Lean, Six Sigma, and 6S initiatives
• Supporting production teams with technical troubleshooting
• Leading training and process audits to ensure compliance
• Developing test equipment and validation procedures

Qualifications

• Proven background in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
• HND or equivalent in Engineering
• Proficiency in 3D CAD and ERP/MRP systems
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
