• Proven Product Management experience in industrial/processing equipment.
• Strong skills in customer discovery and competitive analysis.
• Familiarity with value-based pricing, Market Requirements Documents, and NPI.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and articulate customer benefits.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer for product requirements.
• Monitor competitive landscape and turn insights into strategy.
• Own product strategy and roadmap from concept to obsolescence.
