The Role

As the Emerging Markets Fixed Income E-Trading Product Manager, you will help drive the overall strategy and growth of the emerging market trading business. You will develop solutions for CEEMEA and APAC fixed income emerging markets and the global investor community by collaborating with the key external market participants, asset managers, central banks, banks and managing internal partners to deliver market leading trading solutions.

  • Drive strategy and product development for the Emerging Market E-Trading business including but not limited to CEEMEA and APAC.
  • Build tools that improve client workflows and increase trading efficiency
  • Effectively lead the product specification, prioritization and backlog
  • Work with engineers on product milestones
  • Work with senior sales leadership to derive and implement an overall business strategy
  • Clearly communicate product vision, execution plan and development status with key team members
  • Follow technological trends and developments in the electronic trading space
  • Identification of opportunities for regional and product expansion including responding to formal Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Specification of solutions and project management of solutions to delivery
You\u2019ll Need to Have
  • Product SME : 7+ years of Product Management Experience
  • Ability to work well across multiple teams, lead and influence others
  • Proven understanding of the Emerging Market Fixed Income Trading market structure specifically in the CEEMEA and APAC regions
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze competing platforms and make strategic decisions based on overall market trends
  • Ability to articulate the product roadmap and platforms to clients
We\u2019d love to see
  • Demonstrated knowledge of FX Trading
  • Familiarity with the Bloomberg Terminal
  • Willingness to travel to EM countries regularly to meet with clients and sales colleagues in the region.
