Qualifications

• Multiple years in Product Management, Service Design, or Consulting in IT/cloud services.
• Knowledge of CSP and exposure to FinOps, ITAM, Azure, Security, Support, or Managed Services.
• Experience defining bundles or value-add services on a platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the CSP Bundles portfolio and define segments, scenarios, and tiering.
• Design bundles: CSP SKUs, included services, SLAs, and PS credit packaging.
• Drive upsell/cross-sell with Sales & Marketing; track attach rate and revenue.
