DERTOUR UK is seeking a Product Manager - CRM, Data & AI to own a strategic product area. You will shape the vision, roadmap and delivery of CRM, customer data, insights and AI capabilities to personalise experiences and drive commercial results.

You'll work across Marketing, Engineering and Digital teams to prioritise initiatives, influence senior stakeholders and ensure compliant, scalable data platforms that support growth across DERTOUR UK brands.

Qualifications

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven customer experiences.
• Balance customer value, commercial impact and technical feasibility.
