Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead data activation and retention initiatives across consumer and hotel touchpoints. You will shape the roadmap, translate data into scalable capabilities and drive personalised guest experiences at scale.

You will partner with Commercial, Tech and Data colleagues to unlock monetisation opportunities and improve guest engagement through data-driven decisions. London-based, full-time permanent role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital or Data-focused Product Manager in a data-rich environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for data activation and retention products.
• Define clear success metrics and performance frameworks for personalisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Technology and Data teams to deliver scalable, data-led experiences.
