Job summary

Booking.com in Manchester is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead ML-powered capabilities for the Trips vertical, defining strategy and long-term vision to move faster and improve customer experience.

You will be the primary liaison between Data & AI and the Trips product organization, collaborating with engineering, data science, and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities across attractions, flights, and ground transport.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience on complex, high-scale digital products.
• Deep ML domain expertise and experience with personalization and recommendations.
• Ability to influence outcomes without direct ownership of delivery teams.
• Strong data literacy and data-informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the 1–3 year ML product vision, KPIs and strategy for Trips ML capabilities in collaboration with senior product managers.
• Act as the primary ML & AI partner to Trips product teams, ensuring ML capabilities align with needs and business goals.
• Identify, shape and prioritise high-impact ML opportunities across attractions, flights and ground transport.
• Provide ML domain expertise and advisory support to product and business leaders.
• Consult with product teams to co-create ML-powered product improvements and experiences.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across Data & AI, Trips, Engineering, Data Science and Commercial teams.
• Educate stakeholders on ML capabilities, trade-offs and responsible use.
• Mentor Senior PMs on ML strategy and product thinking.
• Analyse outcomes and share learnings to inform future decisions.
