Job summary

DERTOUR UK in Dorking is seeking a Product Manager for CRM, Data & AI. You will own the CRM, customer data, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities, shaping the roadmap and delivering value across our multi-brand portfolio.

Working at the intersection of technology, data and customer experience, you’ll partner with Marketing, Engineering and Digital teams to drive personalised experiences and measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience managing digital products in complex environments.
Strong track record leading cross-functional teams delivering business value.
Experience with CRM platforms, customer data solutions and digital ecosystems.
Commercial awareness balancing customer needs with business goals.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver the CRM, data & AI product vision and roadmap.
Drive acquisition, conversion, retention and LTV through data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Delivery and Digital teams.
Prioritise initiatives based on value, impact and feasibility.
Evolve CRM and data ecosystem including Dynamics 365 and data platforms.
Champion personalisation and AI opportunities to improve engagement.
Ensure data is trusted, governed, and ready for growth.
Influence senior stakeholders across UK and Group businesses.
