My client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Lead to guide the development and delivery of monetized virtual world games. These experiences will center around in-world purchases, progression systems, and social-first engagement mechanics.

The role involves leading the full product lifecycle - from concept through launch - on fast-paced timelines, with the opportunity to extend into live operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators
• Lead cross-functional teams including design, art, and engineering
• Develop and execute monetization strategies (F2P economies, virtual goods, progression systems)
• Oversee project planning, timelines, and budget management
• Coordinate user testing, analytics, and feedback loops to support data-informed development
• Ensure a successful launch and establish plans for post-launch support

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience shipping virtual worlds or social games with F2P mechanics
• Strong understanding of in-game economies, player engagement systems, and retention loops
• Proficiency with agile workflows and rapid iteration cycles
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindse
