Role Summary

As Head of Product at Optik, you will be the technical visionary and execution leader for our integrated GTM platform. You will combine deep technical expertise with product strategy, ensuring Optik remains at the forefront of SaaS innovation. This is a pivotal leadership role in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, where your technical acumen and product leadership will shape both our platform and the future of GTM operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Technical Strategy

Champion and communicate a compelling technical vision for Optik’s all-in-one GTM platform, ensuring architectural scalability, security, and performance.

Translate complex market needs, customer feedback, and business objectives into a robust, technically feasible product roadmap.

Identify opportunities for technical innovation (e.g., AI/ML, advanced analytics, integrations, automation) to differentiate Optik in the GTM technology space.

Technical Roadmap Execution & Delivery

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle with a strong focus on technical design, system architecture, and platform reliability.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact features, ensuring technical excellence and scalability.

Establish and track technical KPIs (e.g., system uptime, response times, deployment frequency) to measure product and platform success.

Oversee technical debt management, ensuring long-term platform health.

Leadership & Technical Collaboration

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, technically adept product team, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

Serve as the primary technical liaison between product, engineering, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on technical priorities and trade-offs.

Drive agile development processes, rapid iteration, and continuous delivery best practices.

Customer & Market Focus (with Technical Depth)

Engage directly with customers and partners to deeply understand their GTM workflows, technical pain points, and integration needs.

Use technical insights and data analytics to prioritize features and enhancements that deliver measurable customer value and competitive technical advantage.

Ensure the platform is extensible, API-driven, and easily integrated with other enterprise systems.

Requirements

Extensive experience in technical product leadership roles within SaaS, particularly in GTM, workflow, enablement, or data-driven platforms.

Proven track record of delivering and scaling complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS products with high technical standards in high-growth environments.

Strong technical background (e.g., software engineering, systems architecture, cloud infrastructure), with hands-on experience leading technical product teams.

Deep understanding of agile product development, CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, and rapid iteration cycles.

Analytical and data-driven mindset, with expertise in leveraging data, telemetry, and customer usage analytics to drive technical product decisions.

Exceptional technical communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
