What You Will Be Doing

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to turn complex product requirements into thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
• Lead design initiatives from discovery to delivery — from research, idea validation, and prototyping to final design handoff and support during implementation.
• Create detailed user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and clear specifications that guide the product development process.
• Use both qualitative insights and quantitative data to make informed design decisions, always keeping the end-user experience in focus.
• Continuously improve the quality of our product design by identifying usability issues, proposing enhancements, and championing best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in product design, technology, and SaaS industry standards — and share that knowledge with the team.
  
  

About You

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on complex B2B SaaS platforms.
• A strong portfolio that highlights your ability to design for complexity: multiple user roles, data-rich interfaces, workflows, and edge cases.
• Confident in working end-to-end — from early research and strategy through to detailed execution.
• Experience in leading design teams or managing designers.
• Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional teams, especially in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Skilled in building and evolving design systems, with a clear understanding of their role in scaling product quality.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English — you’ll be working in a multilingual product team.
• Detail-oriented with a high bar for visual polish and interaction quality.

• We’re a team of curious and experienced product designers who support each other and value collaboration. You’ll have a trusted team lead by your side and access to the collective expertise of the design and product teams.
• We’ve integrated design into our product development process — no handoffs for the sake of handoffs. We work closely with PMs and developers from the earliest stages of an idea to post-launch improvements.
