About the Role - Head of Product
In this pivotal leadership role, you will own and drive the product strategy and execution for our mobile-first hospitality platform, focused on premium queuing, commerce, and seamless customer experiences for major food and beverage (MFB) environments. As part of a new Digital and Data transformation, you will step in to lead mobile product development and shape the next phase of innovation and growth.
Responsibilities
• Define and lead the end-to-end mobile product strategy across premium queuing, commerce, and digital customer journeys.
• Translate business vision into an actionable roadmap with clear priorities, success metrics, and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
• Drive continuous improvement of the mobile product experience based on customer insights, data, and emerging technology trends.
• Champion the voice of the customer in a B2C environment, ensuring intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable user experiences.
• Establish agile product processes and foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and accountability.
• Identify and manage partnerships and integrations that enhance mobile commerce and queuing capabilities.
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in a senior B2C mobile product role, ideally in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced consumer environments.
• Strong track record of owning mobile-first products with high user engagement and revenue impact.
• Experience in multi-site, customer-facing industries.
