Arnold Clark in Stirling is seeking a Product Genius to elevate the in-branch customer experience. You will learn about our vehicles, assist customers, and support the Sales team while developing strong product knowledge and communication skills, both in person and digitally.

You will be part of a cohesive team with training provided and clear career progression into car sales, working a 38-hour week that includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to go the extra mile.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Able to work on your own initiative and in a team.
• Eager to progress within this role to car sales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Swot up on our vehicles and manufacturers.
• Learn about our products to help customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
