Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Blackpool is hiring Customer Service Executives (Product Genius) to deliver an outstanding customer experience in our Renault/Dacia branch. You will learn our products, assist customers in-store and digitally, and guide them from enquiry to delivery.

You’ll prepare the showroom, support advertising, help the Sales team, accompany test drives, and grow with us through training and progression. A full UK driving licence and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Eagerness to progress within car sales.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about vehicles and manufacturers to advise customers.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
