Job summary

Arnold Clark is recruiting for Customer Service Executives at our Vauxhall branch in West Calder. You’ll become a Product Genius focused on exceptional customer experience, learning about vehicles and guiding customers through the journey from enquiry to delivery.

You’ll work a five-day week (38 hours) including weekends, with comprehensive training and clear opportunities for progression into car sales. A collaborative branch team supports your development.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to go the extra mile.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Eager to progress within this role to car sales.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Supporting the Sales department and delivering excellent customer experience.
• Organising and accompanying customers on test drives.
• Learning about our vehicles to help customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhancing the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
