Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Ayr is hiring Customer Service Executives at our Kia branch to deliver outstanding customer experiences and help customers choose the right vehicle. As a Product Genius in-branch, you’ll learn about our products and communicate effectively in person and digitally, with full training and opportunities for progression into car sales.

The role operates on a five-day week with weekends on a set rota, totaling 38 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to go the extra mile and learn on the job.
• Able to learn about vehicles and products to assist customers.
• Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Supporting the Sales department and delivering excellent customer experience.
• Organising and accompanying customers on test drives.
• Learning about our products to help customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhancing the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
