Job summary

Arnold Clark is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Birtley to create an outstanding customer experience in our Motorstore/MG branch. You’ll work with the showroom team to learn about our vehicles and guide customers from enquiry through to delivery.

We offer training, career progression, and a supportive environment. Expect a five-day week with weekend rotas and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a positive attitude to deliver great customer service.
• Willingness to go the extra mile in a busy showroom environment.
• Must have a Full UK driving licence.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Eager to progress into car sales through training and development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead.
• Assist with showroom presentation and advertising.
• Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Organise and accompany customers on test drives.
• Learn about our products to help customers find the perfect fit.
• Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery.
