Job summary

Porsche Retail Group in Guildford seeks a Product Expert (Porsche Pro) to be the centre of product knowledge, supporting the Sales Team and delivering exceptional service across Porsche products and features. You’ll stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings, while helping customers understand car connectivity, telematics, and personalization options. This role is based at the Guildford Centre and includes a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive industry and understanding vehicle trends
• Clean Full Driving Licence and age over 21 for insurance purposes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in high value retail environments
• Ability to demonstrate products and conduct test drives effectively

Responsibilities

• Be the Centre expert for customer queries about Porsche products across multiple channels
• Pro-actively offer second hand-over via Porsche Masterclass in showroom, at customer home/work, or digitally
• Be a primary contact during ownership for technical issues and troubleshooting
• Support the Centre with marketing activities
• Collaborate with Sales Executive and Centre Management on product, digital showroom and online inquiries
• Keep all staff up-to-date on latest product information and technology developments
• Maintain accurate customer data in internal systems such as C@P
