Job summary

Porsche Retail Group Ltd seeks a target-driven Sales Executive for Porsche Centre West London. You will understand customers' needs, present tailored new or pre-owned Porsche solutions, and provide professional advice and service to support inquiries and ordering processes.

From financing to contracts, you will guide buyers through the sales journey, negotiate terms, build long-lasting relationships and help the Centre meet its targets while upholding Porsche's premium service standards and

Qualifications

• Be over 21 and hold a full driving licence for at least two years.
• Experience in automotive or retail sales, with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership tools; good IT skills.
• Understanding of financing and leasing concepts (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide information about vehicles, features and financing options.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
• Guide customers from initial contact to handover in the sales process.
• Negotiate prices and terms to hit Centre targets.
• Pursue new sales leads via networking and referrals.
• Keep the customer database accurate and up to date.
• Maintain post-sale contact for satisfaction and lifelong ownership.
• Stay informed on automotive trends and participate in training.
