Qualifications

• Previous customer facing experience preferably in the automotive/retail industry.
• Ability to absorb information quickly and communicate it effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Expert and support Sales Associates with niche customer questions.
• Collaborate with Digital Expert/Marketing to provide content for social media streams.
• Be fully knowledgeable around Porsche products and technologies.
• First point of contact for customers to help resolve technical or troubleshooting issues.
• Provide in-depth insights for Centre employees about products and tech updates.
