Role Overview
Role: Process Technologist – temporary secondment opportunity within the Product Development Department. Designed to provide valuable experience across operations and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Conduct end-to-end root cause analysis across multiple production runs, focusing on collecting relevant data to identify areas for process and yield improvement.
- Process Control Monitoring & Compliance: Actively monitor adherence to established process controls for optimal performance and product quality, working collaboratively with Operations teams to course correct deviations and ensure consistency where necessary.
- Trial Coordination & Leadership: Coordinate and lead operational trials to test identified process improvements, recipe iterations for existing products, and new product development based on customer feedback.
- Project Execution: Actively manage and support key projects.
- Reporting: Document trial outcomes, analyze data, and report findings and recommendations to the Product Development and Operations teams.
