Adecco Worcester is looking for a Procurement Co-Ordinator on behalf of their client in Evesham. Working as part of a small and close-knit team, you will collaborate with all departments throughout the business and play a vital role in supporting procurement activities.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Track orders, confirm system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
  2. Review, update, and maintain purchase orders until closure.
  3. Ensure orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; report non-conformances.
  4. Assist finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
  5. Identify opportunities and implement actions to improve efficiency.
  6. Control inventory levels against the budget.
Qualifications and requirements:
  • SAP experience is beneficial but training will be provided.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
