Job summary

Capital One UK is seeking a Process Architecture and Governance Lead in Nottingham to own process documentation, governance, and performance monitoring across the UK business. You will drive end-to-end process mapping, governance initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement with AI-driven optimisation.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure process integrity, deliver training, and champion scalable processes while enabling data-driven insights through AI

Qualifications

• Solid experience in process management, process improvement methodologies, and risk/governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to apply 80/20 thinking to complex problems.
• Exceptional communication to influence senior stakeholders and product owners.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and structuring maps for AI-driven insights.
• Experience delivering training or workshops to groups in person or online.

Responsibilities

• Establish frameworks and standards for process documentation and monitoring across the UK business.
• Deliver end-to-end process projects from discovery to launch and identify performance gaps.
• Upskill and coach Process Managers in tools and methodologies.
• Influence senior stakeholders to safeguard process integrity.
• Drive AI optimisation by structuring process maps for AI tools to extract insights.
