Qualifications

• A technical SME with substantial risk and control experience in a regulated environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage trade-offs to maximise value.
• Experience embedding AI tools with governance into testing or operations.

• Take ownership of the UK controls testing programme across departments.
• Coach and develop the testing team to foster excellence and innovation.
• Simplify workloads and lead initiatives aligned to Risk Office and business goals.
• Engage senior stakeholders with clear, data-driven risk communication.
• Enhance testing methodologies by adopting industry best practices and new frameworks.
• Collaborate across lines of defence and with Enterprise to ensure cohesive risk management.
