Job summary

Capital One in Nottingham is seeking a Process Architecture and Governance Lead to shape and govern process documentation and monitoring across the UK business. You will work autonomously to plan and deliver end-to-end process mapping and governance initiatives, driving continuous improvement and robust risk management.

You will champion AI-driven process optimisation, align data with business goals, and lead workshops to upskill Process Managers in modern governance practices.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in process management, governance, and risk frameworks.
• Ability to map and optimise complex processes with measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder communication and influence skills.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and data-driven improvements.
• Experience delivering training or workshops to groups.

Responsibilities

• Establish frameworks and standards for process documentation and monitoring across the UK business.
• Deliver end-to-end process projects from discovery to launch and identify performance gaps.
• Upskill and coach Process Managers in process excellence tools and methodologies.
• Influence senior stakeholders and Product Owners to safeguard process integrity.
• Drive AI optimisation by structuring maps for reliable AI insights.
