Job summary

Responsibilities

Establish frameworks and standards for process documentation and monitoring across the UK business.
Deliver end-to-end process mapping and governance initiatives from discovery to launch.
Upskill and coach process managers in excellence tools and methodologies.
Influence senior stakeholders and product owners to safeguard process integrity.
Drive AI optimisation by structuring process maps for AI tooling and insights.
