Job summary

Capital One in the United Kingdom is seeking a seasoned Senior Associate Process Manager to join the Customer Fulfilment Process Management Team in Nottingham. You will drive end-to-end process excellence, proactively mitigate risk, and optimise supplier performance to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

You’ll specialise in customer communications, card issuance, and incoming mail processes, ensuring operations are resilient, compliant and continuously improving.

Qualifications

• Senior process management experience in customer fulfilment operations.
• Strong risk mitigation skills and controls design.
• Experience in Lean/Six Sigma methods and root cause analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Ops, Supplier Management and Tech.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process excellence and risk profile; design preventative and detective controls.
• Actively manage supplier performance to ensure service continuity and quality.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement impactful process improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Lead change initiatives and embed changes seamlessly into processes.
