Job summary

Seetec in Plymouth is seeking a Support Worker to provide motivational support and guidance to participants from initial engagement through exit from the programme. You'll work from one of our CFO Activity Hubs, leading and participating in hub activities to help offenders re-enter the community.

The role requires strong planning and communication skills, with regular keywork and group sessions on a caseload.

Qualifications

• Experience in probation, social care, or criminal justice sector preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Strong planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to evening/weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Key Worker responsibilities for a participant caseload
• Lead and deliver Activity Hub activities
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment
• Develop stakeholder relationships to raise hub awareness
• Ensure all contractual targets are met
