Job summary

Seetec is seeking a compassionate Custody & Community Support Worker to guide participants from assessment through to reintegration. You will support a diverse caseload in both custody and community settings, delivering individual and group interventions to promote wellbeing and reduce re-offending.

The role emphasises safeguarding, collaboration with partner agencies, and accurate record-keeping to meet contractual targets. Hours are full-time, with a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• IAG Level 3 desirable.
• Experience meeting individual and team targets.
• Experience with data systems and record keeping.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants in custody and community settings.
• Lead initial assessments and create tailored action plans for individuals.
• Record participant data accurately to meet contractual requirements.
• Support safeguarding of adults and children and collaborate with agencies.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming environment that supports rehabilitation.
