Job summary

Seetec in Bournemouth is seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to support a caseload of participants from their initial assessment through their sentence. You will provide guidance, encouragement, and tailored support to help them reintegrate into society and complete their journey.

In this role you will deliver one‑to‑one sessions and group interventions designed to empower participants, promote social inclusion and enhance wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and motivated individual.
• Experience or interest in health and social care, mental health support, youth work, housing services, substance misuse recovery, community volunteering, or related fields.
• Empathetic approach with mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of participants in a community setting from initial assessment through their sentence.
• Provide guidance, encouragement and tailored support to help reintegrate into society.
