Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking Accommodation Support Officers to help adult males with housing needs, in custody or community settings, working with probation practitioners to assess and plan tailored accommodation. You will support participants through agreements and ensure they understand their rights and options.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with participants and external stakeholders.
• Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working with a diverse range of people.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans.
• Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need.
• Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using case management system.
• Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns.
