Seetec Communities in Bournemouth is seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to guide participants from assessment through reintegration, delivering one-on-one and group support. You will help individuals overcome challenges, promote social inclusion, and build essential life skills in a safe, supportive setting.

Role targets engagement, safeguarding, and coordination with housing, health, and substance misuse resources.

Qualifications

• IAG Level 3 - desirable
• Experience managing a caseload of participants - desirable
• Strong communication skills and data handling

Responsibilities

• Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team targets.
• Collaborate with mentors to connect participants with housing and health resources.
• Support learning and share best practices within the team.
• Ensure effective case management and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Meet all contractual targets.
