Job summary

Seetec seeks a compassionate Custody & Community Support Worker to support participants from initial assessment through to completion of their journey. You will work in custody and community settings, delivering one-to-one and group interventions to empower individuals toward social inclusion.

The role emphasizes tailoring action plans, maintaining accurate records, safeguarding, and collaboration with partner agencies to facilitate rehabilitation.

Qualifications

IAG Level 3 desirable.
Experience in supporting individuals with complex needs.
Ability to document and track progress accurately.
Strong boundaries and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload across custody and community settings.
Provide guidance and tailored support to help social inclusion.
Carry out initial assessments and create action plans.
Deliver interventions one-to-one and in groups.
Record participant data accurately for contractual compliance.
Collaborate with partners to support rehabilitation goals.
Safeguard vulnerable adults and children; escalate concerns.
