Job summary

Seetec's CFO Evolution team in Exeter seeks a Custody Support Worker to support a caseload in a prison environment, from initial engagement to reintegration. You will provide motivational guidance and tailored support to help participants stay engaged and overcome challenges.

Role combines one-to-one sessions and group interventions, with a strong emphasis on pre-release planning to ensure a smooth transition back into society.

Qualifications

• IAG Level 3 qualification is desirable.
• Experience managing a caseload of participants is desirable.
• Experience with data input and keeping electronic records accurate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across settings.
• Ability to motivate and sustain engagement of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Meet performance targets and contribute to team targets.
• Collaborate with mentors to manage caseload and connect to housing, health services, etc.
• Support a learning environment and share best practices.
• Ensure safeguarding of adults and children and notify concerns.
• Meet all contractual targets.
