Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a proactive Workplace Coordinator for the Lloyds Banking Group - Tusker account in Watford. You will own day-to-day coordination of the workplace, ensuring a safe, efficient, professional and welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors and contractors.

You will manage guest services, reception activity, and liaise with facilities and service partners to deliver a seamless workplace experience and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a corporate workplace, facilities, customer service, tourism or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day running of the Watford office, maintaining a safe, efficient, professional and welcoming environment.
• Act as the visible point of contact for colleague, visitor and workplace queries, taking ownership through to resolution.
• Manage visitor registration, passes, mail, couriers and reception activity in line with client requirements.
• Complete floor walks, workplace inspections and service checks, reporting hazards, faults or concerns promptly.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, shared spaces, office supplies, local stock and basic AV support so they remain ready for use.
• Work closely with facilities, maintenance, cleaning, security and other service partners to resolve issues and deliver a seamless workplace experience.
