Job summary

Mitie in Cambridge is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to support the Workplace Services Manager in delivering workplace and soft services across functions such as catering, reception, maintenance, cleaning, records management and stationery.

You will help ensure service levels are met, coordinate day-to-day operations, liaise with client contacts, and contribute to continuous improvement while protecting the Mitie and EY brand on site.

Qualifications

• Capable team leader with demonstrable experience supporting and supervising high-profile client-side workplace projects.
• Demonstrable experience in facilities management services in a corporate environment.
• Ability to communicate and interact with clients and team members at all levels.
• Knowledge and understanding of health and safety relevant to the office environment, including Fire, First Aid, DSE and accident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of soft services focusing on workplace and housekeeping services through highly engaged teams.
• Confidently support the wider Workplace teams and manage all day-to-day operational processes, ensuring service levels are maintained.
• Consult closely with key client contacts and service users, becoming the senior contact for the contract.
• Ensure resources meet demand across all service areas.
• Support Health and Safety risk assessments where required.
