Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Scheduler to plan and coordinate work across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and SLA compliance. The role involves managing the works management systems and maintaining accurate client data.

You will schedule proactive non-household cases, optimise travel routes, generate regular reports, and uphold high levels of customer service. The position is based in Worsley, United Kingdom, and offers a competitive salary and benefits.

• Manage the business and client database systems.
• Provide accurate input and reporting on works management systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of proactive non-household cases from receipt to completion.
• Schedule work orders in line with SLAs and optimise travel routes.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers by telephone.
• Maintain timely input and uploading into works management systems.
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met professionally.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to external and internal customers.
• Produce daily and weekly reports and monitor service levels.
• Offer solutions and adapt to change within the team.
• Report safety issues following Company procedures.
