Network Plus is seeking a proactive Scheduler to plan and coordinate our field workforce across non-household services. You will schedule work orders, liaise with internal teams and customers, and ensure data is accurately entered into our works management systems.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field work and scheduling tasks.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to maintain accurate data in systems and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of non-household cases and coordinate work from receipt to completion.
• Schedule work orders in line with SLA and optimise travel routes.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers by phone.
• Maintain timely input into works management systems and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to all stakeholders.
• Provide daily/weekly reports to ensure service levels are achieved.
• Contribute proactive solutions and adapt to change within the team.
• Report safety concerns following company procedures.
