Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a highly organised Scheduler and Planner in the United Kingdom to coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works. You will work with Site Delivery Teams, Engineers and Third-Party Suppliers, ensuring tasks meet service levels and customer expectations.

Key duties include managing work orders end-to-end, handling POs in SAP, and maintaining accurate asset data. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience, ideally within a Command Centre or Call Centre.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CMMS/CAFM systems such as Maximo.
• Experience with reactive and planned maintenance processes and SLAs/KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule reactive and planned maintenance work to Site Delivery Teams, Engineers, and Third-Party Suppliers.
• Proactively manage all work orders from creation through to completion, escalating issues when needed.
• Deliver a professional first response to customers and vendors via telephone, email, and internal systems.
• Accurately record service requests and capture correct information.
• Raise and manage POs in SAP and maintain PPM schedules compliant with regulations.
• Provide asset data updates, trend analysis and support quotation management.
