Job summary

Schneider Electric UK is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to support planning, scheduling, and coordination of site maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability and efficient contractor management. You will handle spare parts and procurement administration in Coupa and SAP, maintain records, and produce KPI reports to support the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance administration or similar role.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities, contractor scheduling, and supplier communications.
• Experience managing purchase orders, procurement processes, and spare parts inventory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong reporting and data management capabilities.
• Experience using SAP and familiarity with procurement systems such as Coupa is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities across the site while maintaining calendars and shutdown schedules.
• Coordinate internal maintenance resources and external contractors to ensure safe, efficient work.
• Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders through Coupa while liaising with suppliers on quotations and deliveries.
• Oversee spare parts inventory, monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and ensure critical spares are available.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and performance data in SAP and CMMS systems.
• Produce maintenance KPI reports and support planning, budgeting, and analysis activities.
