Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a meticulous Scheduler & Planner for a 6-month fixed-term contract located at 310 Broadway, Salford. The role focuses on scheduling Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, coordinating with engineers, site teams, and third-party suppliers to meet service levels.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, experience with CMMS/CAFM (prefer Maximo), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years customer service experience, ideally in a command centre.
Experience using CMMS/CAFM systems, ideally Maximo.
Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Schedule reactive and planned maintenance with site teams and third-party suppliers.
Manage work orders from creation to completion and escalate issues.
Provide professional first response to customers and vendors by phone and email.
Record service requests accurately and gather necessary information.
Use Global Maximo and other CAFM/CMMS platforms for scheduling.
Raise and manage POs in SAP and track PPM schedules.
